Big bug in MeshTool

All the rendering is fine and registration of items is fine, but none of the links are being registered, so as yet there's no additional efficiency. D'oh!

Another test

Georg is getting assertion failures in the link resolution code, so I've added a GeorgAssertionFailure test. [Fixed]

Medusa 0.5.4

About to upgrade to medusa 0.5.4...

Righto, that was pretty easy. I'm in the habit these days of always doing a setup.py bdist_wininst and then running the installer so that I can easily uninstall it later — even if that means creating my own setup.py.
