Testing with 0.18
I thought I saw a rumor somewhere about a 0.19 existing, but the link I thought I saw pointed to a 404.
And, yeah, one of these days, I hope to apply my template styling changes to the new 0.18 templates, but it's a lot of work because of how much crud I put in there to do my TOC-creating code.
As the 0.18 CHANGES files says: "TODO: * Make a real template system that doesn't make people cut and paste to get their templates working when they upgrade." I've left the cutting and pasting for the future.
