The skill of an action...The skill of the medium?
Tim O'Reilly noted a quote he often uses: "the skill of writing is to create a context in which other people can think." by Edwin Schlossberg.
Can that be extended to collaboration tools? Collaboration tools (and communication mediums..) take this thinking to group-think and thus action. Can the quote be used to communicate the effectiveness of those venues?
