via Russell Beattie Notebook: "No doubt he gets to play with all the latest toys... but I'm sure the Symbian stuff is giving him little twitches and small doubts that come to him in the middle of the night, "Damn... am I going to have a job in a year?"

Mozilla NowMAB is a wonderful tool created by Fabio Serra. Those that purchase items from Amazon.com, will find no better tool for locating and evaluating Amazon's offerings.

It doesn't matter if you are in need of book for a web project or looking for an outdoor grill, MAB can lend a hand. After selecting your Amazon catalog, you enter the criteria and select search. MAB does its thing, and returns a listing of the results.  If you want to check out user comments, you can with a click. MAB returns a sampling in the right-hand pane. MAB also gives you the total number of comments and the average score. Very nice.

MAB demonstrates what developers can do in the wonderful world of RIAs.   The Mozilla Application Suite offers a great toolkit for developing these solutions and this clearly send the message that there are alternatives to Java and Flash. I am gald Fabio chose to use Gecko and XUL and I am looking forward to his next release.
