Dean Goodmanson: [PyCS-devel] Search referral extractions?

Quick note (not much research..)

I was surprised to see that there are a number of
search entries not listed in the search word hit:

http://www.pycs.net/system/searches.py?usernum=24&group=default&order=time

Which were in the exhaustive referral list:
http://www.pycs.net/system/referers.py?usernum=24&group=default&order=time&full=1

At first I thought it was due to obscure search engine
results, but now see that google referrals are also
missed.

Folks DO come to my site for more than Rutabagas! ;-)

- Dean

p.s. Thanks Phil for the Adsense option. Getting much
results from my count-on-one-hand hits/day?

Phillip Pearson: [PyCS-devel] Update your PyCS, if your comments don't work

Oops - looks like the anti-spam stuff I put in the other day actually
completely stopped all comments from showing. They were still being
saved, but the is_spam value in the database was NULL rather than 0,
so the "is_spam=0" comparison was always failing!

I've fixed this in CVS now, so if you have already updated to the new
code that uses Postgres for comments, please update again so you get
this fix.

BTW I have a bulk spam-deletion script that you might like if you run
a public site - I'll put it in CVS if anyone wants it.

Cheers,
Phil :)
