View-Master ROM
Today Ike (2 1/2) was measuring up the laptop's DVD player for a View-Master slide-show.
I should've expected this sooner. I've more than once pulled a CD-ROM from between the case and DVD bay. I am no less pround. Yesterday I picked up a View-Master flashlight at a rummage sale and it was fun to share the slide-show experience.
If your curious, the DVD burner is intact. We rented Ghost World again to catch the post-credits Steve Buscemi blip and commentary. No commentary. Blip was funny for me primarily due to a really strange vertical flop reaction by Doug himself--whom we were glad to have forgotten. My wife has declared the last sentence Faulknerian.
