Have you heard of Callisto? Callisto is an XML/XSL Web-based CMS built using Perl and AxKit. If you are interested in maintaining XSL-based websites, it allows you to edit various types of XML files. Using XSL stylesheets, Michael Nachbaur lays the foundation for the CMS's WYSIWYG authoring interface.
